To apply for participation in the business program:

1. Follow this link: http://railwayexpo.ru/en/konferentsiya/usloviya-uchastiya and click the "register" button.
2. After entering all the necessary information into the empty fields, an invitation will be sent to email of your Personal Account specified during registration.
3. In your Personal Account you will need to enter information about the participants and your personal manager at this time will prepare you a package of documents for participation.
4. Pay for participation and receive a participant’s badge by e-mail as confirmation of registration of you and your colleagues.

• Participation in all business events of the Fair
• Providing information and handouts
• All lunches and coffee breaks organized as part of the business program
• Providing a delegate's badge
• Providing business program materials

After receiving the payment, you will be able to print the badge yourself in your Personal Account. Also, the badge can be printed at the reception at the venue.

You can obtain closing documents directly at the registration desk.

This ticket implies ONLY visiting to the exhibition within the framework of “PRO // Motion.Expo”

If you want to join the business program, you need to purchase a delegate package.

Entrance will be free for all comers. At the entrance you will receive a bracelet for admission, preliminary registration is not necessary.

In order to ensure security in the territory of the exhibition, participants and visitors are prohibited from carrying or using the following items in the territory of Fair:

1. Explosives and any objects stuffed with them.
2. Means of blasting.
3. Weapons of any type, including self-defense, ammunition or components of firearms.
4. Stitching or cutting objects, knives, other edged weapons, as well as other objects that can be used as weapons.
5. Compressed and liquefied gases (with the exception of pocket lighters).
6. Flammable and pyrotechnic substances or products (with the exception of matches, pocket lighters), including flares, firecrackers, firecrackers, gas cylinders and objects (chemical materials) that can be used to make pyrotechnic products or smokes.
7. Aerosol cans, with the exception of drugs in volumes prescribed by a doctor’s prescription (in Russian or English), upon presentation of such a prescription or a copy thereof.
8. Flammable solids.
9. Oxidizing agents and organic peroxides.
10. Toxic substances, radioactive materials and corrosive substances.
11. Poisonous or pungent smelling substances.
12. Flammable and combustible liquids, combustible gases.
13. Other substances, products, objects, including home-made manufacture, the use of which can lead to smoke, ignition.
14. Materials of extremist, abusive or discriminatory nature, containing Nazi attributes or symbols, or attributes or symbols of extremist organizations, or aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, person or group of persons on the basis of race, color, ethnic, national or social origin and status by place of birth, financial condition or other status, gender, disability, language, religion, political beliefs or other beliefs, sexual orientation or any other reason, including, but not limited to banners, flags, symbols and paraphernalia, leaflets, clothes.
15. Advertising materials of any kind, printed matter of religious, political or offensive content or content contrary to public order and / or morality (including banners, banners, posters, signs and their analogues), except for religious books for personal use, and also banners no larger than 2x1.5 m in size, the content of which should be aimed at supporting athletes and should not contain offensive, obscene, provocative texts, words, symbols and images, including directed discrimination of any kind against a country, person or group of persons on the basis of race, color, ethnic, national or social origin and status, gender, disability, language, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation or for any other reason.
16. Narcotic, psychotropic and toxic substances, their precursors, including in the form of drugs, with the exception of drugs in the volumes prescribed by a doctor’s prescription (in Russian or English), upon presentation of such a prescription or a copy thereof.
17. Any types of alcoholic beverages.
18. Glass containers and bottles.
19. Liquids in containers over 1000 ml.
20. Scooters not intended for transportation of representatives of mobility groups (hereinafter - MGN), with the exception of wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, electric 3-wheel or 4-wheel scooters intended for the carriage of MGN.
21. Sports equipment, including bicycles, rollers and skateboards.
22. Technical equipment that can interfere with the events or cause inconvenience to their participants (laser devices, lights).
23. Moving and planning aircraft and their models (gliders, drones, kites, etc.), including components for self-assembly of unmanned aerial vehicles and their control panels.
24. Any items that look like forbidden items or their copies and analogues.
