ALFA-PRIBOR, JSC was founded in 1990. ALFA-PRIBOR, JSC provides design, delivery and implementation of integrated systems for federal ministries and large companies (the RF Ministry of Defense, RZD JSC, etc.). ALFAPRIBOR, JSC has developed several wayside train monitoring systems for Russian Railways: – ASCO PW 3D system, designed for inspection of moving wagon and cargoes, provides estimation of load dimensions and cleanliness of open wagons, detection of oversized wagons and diff erent customized solutions. – “Inspection Tower” – ASCO SW system provides visual inspection of wagons. – ASCIN system, designed for control of wagon inventory numbers, provides recognition of wagon inventory numbers, recording of wagons and cargoes taking into account reverse movement. – IRIS system, designed for remote noncontact control, provides inspection of fi lling level and mass of liquids in tank-wagons.
