Luoyang Sunrui Technology Corporation Limited (SUNRUI GROUP) specializes in the research and production of products made of metallic and non-metallic materials. The railway locomotive parts produced by SUNRUI GROUP encompass castings, forgings, welded components, and polymer products (including rubber and nylon) for railway freight car bogies, braking systems, coupler systems, and other components. The Group operates eight dedicated parts production workshops equipped with semi-automatic casting lines, 3-ton AOD refining furnaces, 150-ton to 6,300-ton friction presses, large-scale laser cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, welding robots, and 26 CNC machining centers. The annual production capacity reaches 5,500 tons for castings and 6,000 tons for forgings. Our laboratory is equipped with comprehensive testing instruments such as tensile testing machines, hardness testers, metallographic analyzers, and chemical composition analyzers, providing reliable quality assurance.
